Modern hotel, convenient location, with features like free Wi-Fi in rooms and easy access to public transportation that enhanced our exploration of the area.

Couldn’t ask for better.

Modern and clean atmosphere made me feel comfortable.

Check-in took nearly an hour due to disorganized staff. Room soundproofing was inadequate, leading to constant disturbances from the corridor and neighbors. A piece of furniture was unsecured and fell, causing injury. the reception staff showed no concern.

Excellent location for those traveling on the E5. Enjoyed the convenience of cooking facilities in my room. The building looked modern and was spotlessly clean. Welcoming staff, dog-friendly too. However, the noise insulation was poor. I could hear my neighbors quite clearly, which disturbed my sleep a bit. Had trouble with the shower. no hot water in the morning. Could use more privacy as some rooms face directly into others with only sheer curtains. Parking was challenging, with narrow spaces and limited availability. Overall, a mixed experience – liked some aspects but there’s room for improvement.

We enjoyed our six-night stay in a cozy studio. The friendly staff brightened our check-in experience despite the wait. However, we had to reconnect to WiFi daily, which was inconvenient. A convenient location allowed for easy access to shops. Future guests might find it helpful to have dinner options in mind beforehand.

the living room didn’t have curtains, which made it feel less private. however, the metro station was just a short walk away 🚶‍♂️, and there were many grocery stores close by. nice pool and gym facilities too!

It was just a good match for a quick stopover in San Sebastian de los Reyes with good price-quality ratio. The parking garage access was a great convenience, making it easy to unload without hassle. Consider bringing your own cleaning supplies if you need extras like toilet paper or towels during your stay.
